Reliability, availability and productivity are maintained when the steel construction machines are regular serviced by specialists; therefore Voortman has her own service department and team of skilled Engineers.
Thanks to many years of experience we know how important it is to have a dependable service. A malfunction during production can have great impact on a company, the production process is disturbed and the continuity is interrupted. The service team of Voortman is capable of repairing these disruptions or minimize the result of any interruption.
You can contact the Voortman Service team by means of our free helpline. If you call this emergency line you will be connected with one of our Voortman service-engineers.
Applying modern communication technologies we are capable of locating a failure and eventually remedy it remotely from our service-department. Contact will be made with the machine control with the help of an Internet connection. For a visual connection, a web cam is provided with the machine. If the problem can't be solved by telephone or online, within 24 hours a service engineer will arrive at the customers plant to solve the problem.
