For the processing of flats and angles Voortman has 2 systems in their product range. Firstly the V550, which is suitable for processing both flat steel as well as angle steel, but primarily this machine is used for the processing of flat steel. The V505 is specially developed for the processing of angles. Through that the machine is most popular for manufacturers of e.g. transmission towers. At the same time the machine is suitable for the production of diagonal trusses and connection angle braces. Besides punching, shearing and numbering of angles, the machine also can process flat steel.
V610 drilling system
The V610 Drilling system is a CNC controlled production machine for drilling various types of steel profiles, such as flat steel, angle steel, tubes, IPE- and UNP profiles. The V610 is executed with a vertical drilling unit. By rotating a profile, it is possible to drill the material on all sides.
